How accurate are the products depicted on the website?
Great care has been taken in the reproduction of the product images. However, the accuracy of the colours and paper textures depicted on the website are as close as the digital viewing process allow and will vary depending on your viewing screen and calibration. All sizes are approximate.
Do you keep envelopes in stock?
Yes. Envelopes exist in many grades of paper and are available for next day delivery (when ordered before 2pm). If some envelope is out of stock we usually need 15 days to restock. If we do not have the envelope you are looking for please contact us, with a minimum quantity we can manufacture the envelopes you need.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, American Express, Mastercard, Visa.
Can I return items I have purchased?
If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, simply return it within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. We regret that if the goods are faulty, we are unable to refund. Please note refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
What are your delivery times?
Most stock items will be dispatched the following day if ordered before 2pm (Monday to Friday). Other items can take 2-5 days to be dispatched. Larger bulk orders and international orders may take a little longer to process, if this is the case, you’ll be contacted with a delivery time. If you need to order something urgently please contact us first. We will do everything we can to help you.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges are at 10 € for small orders under 50 € within Athens area. Orders over 50 € delivered in Attica are free of charge. For orders out of town , there will be charges.
Do you offer printing services?
No, we specialize in the curation and distribution of fine papers and leave printing to the experts. If you’d like us to recommend a printer please contact us here. We work with some of the finest printers.
Should I place an order or can I request a sample?
If you’re working on a project please contact us to request sample if you need further assistance we will be happy to support your specification process.
Can I order your papers if I’m not in the Greece ?
Off course you can order worldwide, but you have to organize the transfer.
I’m a business customer, can I use your website to order?
We encourage you to use the site to explore our papers, find inspiration and request samples but for ordering please contact us via phone, email or Instagram.
I’m not familiar with some of the terminology you use, can you help?
Throughout the site we refer to some of our language is specific to the paper, print and creative sectors. If you’re unfamiliar with any of these terms and want to know more please take a look at our paper & more category.

We love working with like-minded brands. If you have an idea, we’d like to hear about it. Can I request a Perrakis Papers collection book or other swatches?
Yes, if you are a Greek customer you can request a copy of the Perrakis Collection Book via our order from our online store here. Some of our other swatches are available if you contact us, however we'd also recommend signing up to our newsletter and selecting 'mail' in your contact preferences. When we have new swatches available we distribute them to designers, creatives, printers and publishers.
